This past week in Miami has been wet and dark but the parties have not stopped one bit. As a matter of fact, because it has been raining all day, it makes people more anxious to go out at night. I guess I can’t be too upset at the rain this week.

The Los Angeles Lakers are Western Conference Champions after defeating the Denver Nuggets 119-92 on Friday night. Kobe Bryant led the way with 35 points.
Tonight, the Orlando Magic will attempt to eliminate the Cleveland Cavaliers to advance to the NBA Finals. Coverage starts at 8:30pm eastern on TNT.
SEX:
As a man, the only time that it is acceptable to be quick on the draw, is if you are in a gun duel or have a game winning shot to hit. During sex, it is a big no. You never want to become that one-minute man. If you find yourself suffering from premature ejaculation, here are a couple of solutions.

"The Party Life" Newsletter Volume 4
Memorial Day Weekend 2009 has been tremendous so far. The crowd began to grow since Wednesday night and the hotels have reached near capacity on Friday. The "Black Music Power" party hosted by Rick Ross & Fabolous at Cameo set the tone for the rest of the weekend. 1400 guests were able to witness surprise performances by Rick Ross, Fabolous, Flo Rida, Nas, and Maybach Music's latest addition, Magazeen. The momentum continued Friday, when pre sell tickets were sold out within an hour of being available. Diddy & D.Wade did not disappoint their fans as they brought along Gabrielle Union, Sanaa Lathan, Allen Iverson, & dozens of NFL & NBA players to party alongside nearly 2000 people.
LIFE:

"The Party Life" Newsletter Volume 3
This week felt like a Memorial Day Weekend warm-up. I had friends from Atlanta, Boston, D.C., Los Angeles, & New York fly in for T.I.'s sendoff/bachelor week. It definitely created a lot of buzz. I wasn't able to make the events in preparation for Memorial Day Weekend. If you ever attended any of our events on MDW there are some things you know for sure will happen. 1) The celebrities will be in the building 2) Even the celebs that are not being promoted will be in the building 3) The ladies will definitely be in the building, dressed sexy, and ready to party 4) Every party is a champagne convention 5) You won't want to leave until the sun comes up. It is a truly incredible weekend. One of my favorites. We definitely show Vegas what nightlife is all about.
LIFE:
There are many aspects of life that can help us progress. One of those things is quality time. I'm not talking about the time you spend with your significant other. I'm talking about making the most out of the time you spend doing something. Regardless of what you are doing, you have to make it count. A good example of someone who does this is Kris Anderson, birdman, of the Denver Nuggets. When he comes off that bench for the Nuggets, he makes himself the most impactful player on the court by grabbing rebounds, blocking shots, slam dunking and most of all, playing his best the whole time he is on the court. Spend quality time and watch the results.
SPORTS:
NFL teams have $12 million more to spend on their rosters this year. The salary cap this season will be $128 million. This could be the last year that the NFL has a salary cap unless the league and the players union can reach a collective bargaining agreement.
Both the Lakers and the Celtics are forced into Game 7s against the Rockets and the Magic respectively. The Lakers will face the Rockets at home Sunday 3:30pm on ABC. The Celtics will face the Magic at home 8:00pm on TNT.
SEX:
This week's advice is going to be short like the topic, "quickies". Most women complain about having a minute man, but in certain circumstances, a quick burst of sexual release is all anyone needs. To make the most of it, have quickies at unusual places. Try the parking lot of a nightclub, an empty elevator, the movie theater during a matinee, an office, or the changing room of a clothing store. "The Party Life" Newsletter Volume 2
Miami has been hot this past week. When I'm out, I feel like a Haitian in a jitney riding down NE 2nd Ave...lol. Anyways, I would like to thank everyone who complimented me on my newsletter. Its not pretty, just text, but I definitely do my best to keep it entertaining.
LIFE:
Growing up my mother always put a strong emphasis on watching who I choose as friends. Your crew is a reflection of you. On a quest to be succesful, you should surround yourself with people who are succesful and people who have that drive to be succesful. Their habits will rub off on you. If you have a crew of non-ambitious (Is this a word?) people, you will not be able to progress. Analyze your crew and make the necessary changes. Let's get it.
SPORTS:
I'm very ashamed for the sport of baseball. Another baseball star has been suspended for using a substance banned by the MLB drug policy. Los Angeles Dodger star Manny Ramirez has been suspended 50 games for using the female fertility drug human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG). HCG is typically used by steroid users to restart their bodies' natural testerone production as they come off a steroid cycle. Pure shame.
Lebron James is a beast. I have nothing else to say.
Yo, Rafer Alston slapping Eddie House behind the head is an instant classic. I'm still laughing. I guess "Skip To My Lou" felt like he was still playing streetball.
Am I the only one who can't wait for football season?
SEX:
You're at a sexy celebrity filled party, probably one hosted by Headliner Market Group, when you find yourself interested in a hot 20-something model. You can't resist, so you go over to talk them. You're definitely not trying to get in a relationship but you are definitely trying to get them to relate-and-shit. Irv Gotti is dropping Ashanti from The Inc. He feels that their musical and business relationship has run its course.
Rick Ross album Deeper Than Rap is #4 on the Billboard 200. He just released his latest single and video, "All I Really Want" featuring The-Dream. The video is amazing. Album is in stores now.
"Every Girl" by Lil Wayne featuring Drake, Jae Millz, Gutta, & Mack Maine is the hottest track of the summer. Download it to your I-Pod.

It's another beautiful weekend here in Miami and I'm definitely suggesting that you make the most of it (of course you know I will help). I know that this newsletter is called "The Party Life" but its more than just the parties, its about enjoying life. With that said, let's get into it.
LIFE:
More than any other year, 2009 is about "Change". We all should make an effort to make a difference in our own lives, thus making a change in other people's lives. I decided to change my image. Not just the way, I look but the way I'm perceived and my swagger. I do this by working out and by changing my attitude during "tough" situations. Of course I have help from my team. Its easier to make "changes" when the people around you also have your best interest in mind. Take the time to evaluate your team as well as yourself.
SPORTS:Congratulations to the Miami Heat for smashing the Atlanta Hawks 98-72 in Game 6. Hopefully, the Heat will go to the "A" and Bankhead Bounce the Hawks. Game 7 is on Sunday, May 3 at 1:00pm on ABC. Black is back. Let's Go Heat.
I don't wanna watch the Pacquiao/Hatton fight at home. Where are you watching it?
SEX:
