New Zealand Earthquake: The earthquake of 6.3 hit in Christchurch rush noon Tuesday. The quake toppled constructions, buses, streets strained, forced the collapse of a cathedral spire and power cut to most of the city. Frantic rescue workers scrambled to reach those trapped in the rubble hours. Dazed, bleeding residents wandered the streets littered with piles of debris and concrete.
