Andy Murray talks about his new gluten free diet ISH

Andy Murray talks about his new gluten free diet ISH: Andy Murray has recently jumped on a gluten free craze. As Novak Djokovic and Sabine Lisicki, Murray decided to get rid of gluten and change his diet a better eye on the results and performance. In his presser yesterday, after beating Gilles Simon, Murray said that the new diet. We talked about the diet before you came in to tell us what foods are green, you cannot eat. Andy Murray: Well, I mean almost all meat, fish, rice, vegetables. Only now is the stuff they eat the grain more or less. Anything that’s got corn in it which is actually a lot of like snacks and stuff like biscuits those sorts of things. It’s tough to find stuff that doesn’t have corn in it. Yeah, milk, cow’s milk even. Having like soy milk instead. Was it hard? Are you what you like? Andy Murray: No, I did not find what different. Just make sure you have enough snacks, as you may have. It is one thing. And you have to eat enough protein and enough meat. Before I would have a lot of protein shakes and a lot of protein bars supplements after I finish playing and practicing. Now I can’t have any of them because they’ve got all the bad stuff in it. So that’s what’s been difficult, getting the right amount of food on board. But it is not so bad. So far to supply Murray has not helped. He lost the first round last week at the Rogers Cup in Montreal to Kevin Anderson, 63, 61 but there are signs of hope. This week, he won three matches to reach the semifinals in the west and south of Cincinnati, where he will play Mardy Fish in the afternoon. Fish, however, broke Murray in the last three times they played.
